JUFOC is a propulsion manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong. Since 2012 we have made brushless motors, FOC controllers and complete power sets for unmanned aircraft sold into 38 countries.
We started in 2012 winding stators for hobby motors. By 2016 our customers were asking for controllers that matched — so we hired a firmware team. By 2019 we were shipping matched propulsion sets to sprayer manufacturers, and in 2023 we opened the second plant.
Today 180 people work across 12,000 m², including 32 engineers. We still wind our own stators, still write our own firmware, and still test every motor on a thrust bench before it ships.
Plant 01 · Dongguan
Eight people, two winding machines, one 400 m² workshop in Dongguan. First customers were RC hobby brands in Shenzhen.
A four-person firmware team was formed to stop customers from pairing our motors with mismatched third-party ESCs.
Motor, controller and propeller began shipping as one tested part number. The thrust bench line was built the same year.
A second facility added four winding lines and two SMT lines, cutting standard lead time from 25 to 18 days.
AOI · X-ray · functional test
Incoming material, in-process, burn-in and final. A motor that fails any gate is quarantined with its batch, and the batch is re-tested rather than re-labelled.
Every stator is surge-tested before varnishing; insulation faults never reach assembly.
Motors and controllers run loaded for 4 hours; thermal images are archived against the serial number.
Batch samples cycle 50 times in a climatic chamber to catch bearing and potting failures early.
Winding batch, magnet batch, bearing lot and test data are linked to each serial number for 5 years.
